Yassa ñāṇaṃ sadā ñāṇaṃ, nāññeyyā ñāṇakaṃ vinā;

Whose knowledge is always knowledge, and for whom there are no unknowable things without knowledge;

Trí tuệ của Ngài luôn là trí tuệ, không có gì không thể biết mà không có trí tuệ;

Nissesaguṇayuttassa, tassa natvā mahesino.

Having paid homage to that Great Seer, who is endowed with all virtues without exception.

Con xin đảnh lễ bậc Đại Hiền đầy đủ vô số công đức ấy.

Satthantarā samādāya, sāraṃ sabbadharā tathā;

Having taken the essence from other treatises, and likewise from all Dhammadharas,

Kariyyate’ bhidhānappa-dīpakassatthavaṇṇanā.
