Limited phenomena are a condition for limited phenomena by object condition – having given alms, having undertaken precepts, having performed the Uposatha practice, one reflects upon that; one reflects upon former well-performed deeds; noble ones reflect upon the Gotrabhū, reflect upon the purification, reflect upon the abandoned defilements, reflect upon the suppressed defilements, know the defilements accumulated previously.56. Pháp dục giới là duyên cho pháp dục giới bằng cảnh-duyên – sau khi bố thí, thọ trì giới, làm phận sự trai giới, vị ấy quán xét điều đó; quán xét các thiện nghiệp đã làm trước đây; các bậc Thánh quán xét gotrabhu (chuyển tộc), quán xét vodāna (tịnh hóa); quán xét các phiền não đã đoạn trừ, quán xét các phiền não đã trấn áp; biết các phiền não đã tích tập trước đây.57. Expansive phenomena are a condition for expansive phenomena by object condition – by means of knowledge of penetration of others’ minds, one knows the mind of one endowed with an expansive mind; the base of infinite space is a condition for the base of infinite consciousness… the base of nothingness is a condition for the base of neither-perception-nor-non-perception by object condition.57. Pháp đáo đại là duyên cho pháp đáo đại bằng cảnh-duyên – vị ấy biết tâm của người có tâm đáo đại bằng tha tâm thông; không vô biên xứ là duyên cho thức vô biên xứ… vô sở hữu xứ là duyên cho phi tưởng phi phi tưởng xứ bằng cảnh-duyên.58. Appamāṇo dhammo appamāṇassa dhammassa ārammaṇapaccayena paccayo – nibbānaṃ maggassa, phalassa ārammaṇapaccayena paccayo.(1)58.
