Having reviled samaṇas who were virtuous and free from defilements, by the result of that evil kamma, he will obtain the name (Kuṇḍadhāna).

You are the wise caravan leader, the great sage for many people;

Having lifted them from the wrong path, you point out the right path.

For a hundred thousand aeons, he will rejoice in the deva world.

He will declare the result of the jewelled parasols.

He will outshine with his radiance for a hundred yojanas all around.

By the name Pabhassara, he will be of mighty power.

The khattiya will shine for eight cubits all around.

He will be a brāhmaṇa by the name Kaccāna.

And explaining that question, he will fulfill their inclination.’
